Our Story
Covet's founders had all done the responsible thing — they'd created estate plans, organized their documents, and checked all the boxes. But when they sat down together one evening, they realized something unsettling: every single one of their estates was completely out of date.
Kids had been born. Jobs had changed. New houses, new investments, assets sold, assets acquired. Life had moved forward, but their estate plans were frozen in time — outdated the moment they'd been signed.
The traditional process was designed for a different era, when assets were simpler and lives were more static. But in today's world, everything moves. We needed something that could actually keep pace — a living record that wouldn't go stale as soon as we finished creating it.
So we put our heads together. Innovating in an outdated industry and using our experience with emerging technologies coupled with security, we iterated on Covet until we found a simple, intuitive, and secure product. With a combined 50+ years of industry experience, including 20+ years in big tech and tech security, we spent years building what became the best-in-industry solution for modern asset management.
That solution is Covet.

Built for Trust & Security
When you're entrusting someone with your entire financial picture, security isn't optional—it's everything. That's why we built Covet with institutional-grade protection from day one.
SOC2 Type II Certified. We meet the same security standards as major financial institutions. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest with bank-level encryption. We've invested heavily in the infrastructure, compliance, and auditing that makes Covet a platform you can trust with your life's work.
Covet is already trusted by financial advisors, wealth managers, and families who refuse to let their assets exist in chaos. From young professionals building wealth to retirees protecting their legacy, our users share one thing: they want clarity, security, and peace of mind.
Why the Name Covet?
We named the company Covet because we want people to cherish and protect what they value most over the course of their lives—and to incorporate these items into their estate plans so their loved ones can appreciate both their market and sentimental value as they're eventually passed down.
